Utility scale photovoltaic system – Pegognaga (MN) | 6115,41 kWp

Utility scale photovoltaic (agrivoltaic) system built in the province of Mantua with complete EPC formula. The intervention, particularly complex and innovative, included the electrical and civil design, the construction of the system, following the guidelines of the authorization obtained from the customer and optimizing the technical solutions to increase the general efficiency of the system. The works involved 3 new medium voltage cabins in shelters, 4 dedicated LV/MV transformers, construction works, SCADA and CCTV systems and mitigation. High performance bi-facial modules from JA SOLAR and string inverters from HUAWEI, trackers for advanced agrivoltaic systems from ALPHATRACKER with raised structure for agricultural land management were used. An estimated annual production of approximately 9,100,000 kWh is expected, with consequent environmental savings of approximately 3,200 tonnes of CO₂ avoided each year. Refeel Epc Italia’s complete management of each phase, from design to construction and commissioning, has made it possible to respect the expected deadlines by promptly resolving the unexpected events that large construction sites entail. The management of the asset through a full service O&M contract guarantees full control of the performance and of the production plant which, in addition to electricity production, will integrate the cultivation of the land itself with management managed by a local agricultural company.
